Artist's Comments
The following are series of character reimagining sketches of your favorite video game STREET FIGHTER. I got the idea from artist Marko Djurdjevic who did series of X-MEN revamps ([link]) and so I took on this new project to give your favorite STREET FIGHTER character a complete makeover, taking into consideration the newest fashion trends and questions like what would these ferocious world warriors be doing when they're not busy beating each other up, I mean fighting isn't their only lifestyle, don't you think?
I'm working merely from memory here, it's been too long since I last played the game, I may have to start fishing on the Net for ref pics of other characters especially the hulky ones like Zangief and DeeJay. Here are the first set of sketches, hope you recognize them. More will be on the way. |
